Tip: Remember to hold each pose for at least 12 counts or 3 deep breaths.  Hold each pose equally.  For example: For T Pose, hold the pole with the right hand for 12 counts, then turn and hold with the left hand for 12 counts.  Pracitce this combo 3 times for 3 days and let me know how your body feels.
