Today I am going to tell you why installing a Yoga Pole and turning it into your daily gratitude practice is the best idea you’ve had all day!

Gratitude is a better state of being for us all around. 

Sadly, gratitude does not get much air time today. 

There are no news shows full of gratitude, even a lot of

churches skim over this topic and no school is giving out PHD’s on gratitude. 

But, I think gratitude may be the answer to most of our problems. 

When we tackle a problem with the eyes and ears of gratitude, a new solution arises. 

A solution from a frame of gratitude, instead of fear. 

The great masters teach us there are always 2 masters we are serving, fear or love. 

With gratitude we choose instantly the master of love. 

We can’t feel or think about 2 things at once. 

This is why using gratitude practice, with your pole practice, in times of crisis is sooo important. 

In critical times of crisis, upheaval or rapid change, fear can cave in on the mind, leading us down winding, confusing paths. 

Having a plan of action, a map to higher grounds, is so important to help us reach clarity and confidence.  

Our body is made of chemistry and our brains respond to that chemistry. 

During times of stress our body’s sympathetic nervous system is activated and we move into fight/flight response. 

Our hormones amp up and our body goes from self healing to self protecting. 

In the act of protecting it leaves the precious body system weaker.

When we are in fight/flight our memory is pretty much jumbled and our capacity to learn new things is minimal.

This goes on and on through the poses.
